Missions Elements

SERVE

Matthew 23:11 Jesus said, “The greatest among you will be your servant.” We believe that Christ has called us all to humble ourselves and serve others. Therefore, each missions trip will have serving elements. Some serving elements might be painting over graffiti, work on homes in impoverished areas, serve other ministries or churches in the inner-city, do construction projects, cleaning projects, clearing of lots in our area, or serving the elderly. We instill a servants heart as shown by our leader, Jesus. We won’t just talk about serving we will put it into practice!

Romans 10:14 says, “But how can they call on him to save them unless they believe in him? And how can they believe in him if they have never heard about him? And how can they hear about him unless someone tells them?” We are called to share the love and message of the cross. Each trip will have sharing events. Some sharing events may be kids outreaches in the projects of San Antonio, homeless outreach, youth outreach, door-to-door bible delivery and prayer, flash mob and prayer for those who watch. We prepare our teams for sharing then put it into practice!

GROW

We are praying and seeking the Lord so that your team will hear the message of Christ is, His heart for His people, and how they are part of the plan of redemption. We have daily devotionals, challenges, and teachings to share the biblical perspective of missions and how it all starts with a life centered around Christ! Our staff, local pastors, youth pastors, and leaders will lead many of these sessions. We have daily worship to call on the name of the King and give Him thanks! Campers hear the message, worship the King, and put it into practice, growth will happen!

Summer Missions Trips- Street Camp

Spend a week in the home of the Alamo, serving the inner-city of San Antonio. Street Camp is an intensive God seeking, serving like crazy, share your faith youth camp. We will serve like Christ, share our faith, and experience God in a growing and powerful way!
