We must keep the message of Christ first. We will not compromise in the sharing of the only truly eternal hope that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that eternal life is found in Him. We will work with and communicate appropriately with other organizations but never forget we are on a mission to change the world for Christ.
We will show love in representing Christ. We have adopted wholeheartedly what Jesus said, “You will know that they are my disciples that they love one another.” John 13:35
We know that the love and grace of Christ is the greatest most powerful message in history and we will share it in a gracious and friendly way in not just our words but our actions.
We strive for excellence in our organization. We are willing to do things that are messy, that are not numerically successful, that are not traditional in approach. However, whatever we do, we desire to give our absolute best efforts for we are serving the Lord.
We are a relational ministry. We believe that life long change requires a discipleship relationship that is only realized through a relationship.
We must be relevant to our community. To make an impact we must understand and develop our activities and efforts in a way that connects with our community. Currently our outreach locations encompass an overwhelming Hispanic population, therefore we will understand and adapt to our communities’ unique needs.
