Misti Brooks is the Co-Director of AGORA Ministries with her husband Jason Brooks.  Married for twenty years with three boys. Misti was a part of the founding of AGORA Ministries with her father Edgar Ackerman almost thirty years ago.  After going through discipleship training, she along with eleven other graduates wanted to share the love and hope of Jesus to those in the inner city of San Antonio.  She worked alongside her father at AGORA before going to Southwestern Assemblies of God University as an education major.  While in college, she met Jason and married.  Their hearts kept calling them back to the inner city of San Antonio.  She works alongside her husband now to share the transforming love and hope that Jesus Christ gives to those in the inner city of San Antonio.
