RCT 2025

Radical Christian Training — heart, vision, and the full 2025 run-of-show.

Mon–Fri, July 21–25, 2025 San Antonio First RCT in ~15 years
The Heart

Discipleship, not mission.

RCT stands for Radical Christian Training. It’s the discipleship counterpart to Street Camp: RCT goes deep on formation — hearing God, character, calling. Street Camp goes wide on evangelism and missions. AGORA itself was born out of an RCT in 1989 — this isn’t a new idea, it’s a return to the thing that started everything.

“But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession.”

1 Peter 2:9

The arc of the week

From the pastoral framing (Randy, 5/27/2025) — every day builds toward one movement: reveal, establish, solidify.

01 · Reveal

Open to the Spirit

Worship breaks things open. Students become aware of what God is actually saying to them — many for the first time.

02 · Establish

Build & surrender

Teaching and prayer build on what was revealed. Students are led to surrender to it, not just feel it.

03 · Solidify

Choose it

By the end of the week, the call and the choice to surrender to it are solid enough to carry home.

What every day is built on

01

Worship

Hearts made ready for God to speak. Not performance — presence.

02

Prayer

First thing every morning, before breakfast. The posture the whole day sits on.

03

Discipleship

Teaching and training — classes and workshops that go somewhere specific.

04

Servanthood

To be great is to serve. Cleaning, mowing, the unglamorous work — on purpose.

05

Team building

Real relationships forged under real pressure, not icebreakers.

06

Evangelism

What’s been built inside gets tested outside, before the week ends.

Who it’s for: young people hungry for purpose — many of them college graduates still trying to find their call. The message to all of them: whatever you do next, ministry or secular, it’s unto God and it matters.

The Bigger Vision

One week is the spark.

RCT 2025 is a 4-day/5-day camp — the version designed to find what God is calling someone to and strike a match. The long-term vision is a 3-week camp: more speakers, more depth, more relationship with staff, and enough time (it takes ~21 days to form a habit) to actually plant it. Once someone has been through the 3-week version, they come back to help run the 4-day camp — the model multiplies itself.

2025 · Promo

Worship. Teaching. Community.

The promo video built on three beats — worship (presence first), teaching (hearing God’s voice, living on mission), community (people who actually want the same thing) — closing on a direct ask: scan the QR code.

Video line order

Jason (open) → Donald → Colson → Johnny → Angel → Jason (close/ask)

The closing line

“If something inside you feels unsettled — like there’s more to your walk — this is your moment. Don’t wait. Don’t overthink it.”
