For over three decades AGORA has walked with families on San Antonio’s west side — and we’ve learned that transformation has to touch a person’s whole life, including their livelihood. A young person with a real trade, a license, and a mentor doesn’t just have a job. They have a future, a testimony, and something to give back.
So we build workforce pathways the same way we build disciples: hands-on, relational, and for the long haul. And because we’ve had to build our own training systems from scratch, we now help other organizations do it too — without big-agency budgets.
