More than food.
Family.
Hope Pantry is our bi-monthly, Christ-centered relationship ministry — a place where neighbors share tacos, donuts, coffee, and the Word together, and leave with groceries and hope.
Compassion and truth, around the same table.
AGORA Hope Pantry is our bi-monthly, Christ-centered relationship ministry that exists to serve our community with both compassion and truth. Our vision is to be more than just a place for food distribution — it is a place where relationships grow and lives are touched by God’s love.
Our heart is not only to meet physical needs, but to reflect the love of Jesus by building genuine, life-giving relationships with the families we serve. Through these simple acts, we build strong connections that make a lasting impact on our community, reflecting Christ’s love in everything we do.
Where fellowship begins — breaking bread like the early church.
By sharing meals and fellowship, we aim to create a welcoming community where everyone feels valued and cared for. Through conversation, prayer, and connection, we create space for encouragement, healing, and hope.
Gather & eat
We gather around tacos, donuts, coffee, and water — breaking bread together just as the early church did, turning strangers into neighbors and neighbors into family.
Worship & the Word
Each gathering includes a short bilingual service where we share God’s Word, worship together, and are reminded that Jesus is our true source of provision.
Food for the week
Following the service, we distribute food to our families — meeting physical needs and spiritual needs in the same morning.
Jesus is our true source of provision — and Hope Pantry exists so our neighbors can taste and see that for themselves.
Faces of Hope Pantry.
Every gathering is neighbors, volunteers, food, and fellowship — this is what a Wednesday morning in the 78207 looks like.
