Nobody’s name is on these yet.
Everything above is what the plan already says. These are the holes in it — each one needs a name before campers arrive.
The before-arrival list has no owners and no due times
Eight items, camp starts Monday at 1:00 PM. This is the part that fails if it stays unassigned.
Sound is Julian, alone, all five days
No backup named. If he’s sick, in a small group, or eating, nobody else is trained on the board. Same pattern — lighter — on Arianna, who has communication all five days.
Overnight and lights-out has no name
“Enforcing curfews” is in the standards, but the grid never assigns who is awake and responsible at 11:00 PM, or on which nights.
Nobody owns medical
Allergy and medication forms, first aid kit, emergency contacts, who drives if someone needs a clinic.
Friday departure isn’t covered
Deep clean at 8:45 is on the schedule and Friday cleaning is “Everyone,” but nobody has luggage, pickup, lost-and-found, or building load-out after 11:00 AM goodbye.
“Payment method” for speakers has no owner
It’s listed under hospitality but never assigned. Who actually hands speakers what they’re owed, and when?
The load is lopsided
Angel and Arianna are on nearly everything — duties, worship morning and night, team bonding. An appears twice all week. Worth a rebalance before Monday, not Wednesday.
Wednesday morning worship may be missing a name
The source list reads “Angel, Lastadt, Arianna,” — it ends on a comma. Confirm whether a fourth person belongs there.
