These Terms of Use govern your use of agoraministries.com and any software applications operated by AGORA Ministries, Inc. (“AGORA”), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located at 1807 Centennial Blvd, San Antonio, TX 78211.

Who may use our applications
AGORA’s software applications — including its internal accounting and financial-reporting integrations — are provided solely for the use of AGORA Ministries, its authorized staff, its contracted accountants, and its board of directors. They are not offered to the general public and are not sold, licensed, or distributed to third parties.
License
Subject to these Terms, AGORA grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use its applications for AGORA’s internal ministry and administrative purposes only. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense any AGORA application or its underlying code.
Accounts and access
Access to AGORA applications is granted by AGORA and may be revoked at any time. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your credentials have been compromised.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website or any AGORA application to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, transmit malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, interfere with normal operation, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
Financial data
Where an AGORA application connects to a third-party accounting service such as QuickBooks Online, that connection is used only to maintain AGORA’s own books of account. AGORA does not access, store, or process the financial data of any other organization. Handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Donations
Donations made through this website are processed by third-party payment processors and are, unless otherwise stated in writing, non-refundable. Contributions designated for a specific purpose are used for that purpose in accordance with AGORA’s gift acceptance practices and applicable law. AGORA’s board retains authority over the use of funds where a designated purpose becomes impracticable.
