This page describes AGORA Ministries’ internal accounting integration and provides the connection and support information required by our software providers.
What this integration is
AGORA Ministries, Inc. operates a private software integration between its internal bookkeeping tools and QuickBooks Online, the accounting system in which AGORA maintains its books of account.
The integration is used exclusively by AGORA Ministries to maintain its own financial records. It is not a commercial product. It is not offered, sold, or licensed to any other organization, and it does not access the financial data of any party other than AGORA Ministries itself.
What it does
- Creates and updates accounting transactions in AGORA’s own QuickBooks Online company file
- Reads AGORA’s chart of accounts, balances, and reports to prepare internal and board financial statements
- Records donations, expenses, transfers, and journal entries from AGORA’s source documents
Who can use it
Access is limited to AGORA Ministries’ authorized staff, its contracted accountants, and its board of directors. Use is governed by our Terms of Use.
Connecting or reconnecting
Authorized AGORA staff connect or reconnect the integration by signing in to QuickBooks Online with an AGORA administrator account and approving the connection request. If you are an authorized user and need the integration connected or reconnected, contact us using the details below.
Disconnecting
To disconnect the integration, sign in to QuickBooks Online, open Settings → Manage Apps (or Apps → My Apps), locate the AGORA Finance integration, and choose Disconnect. Disconnecting immediately revokes the integration’s access to AGORA’s QuickBooks data. Accounting records already written to QuickBooks remain in QuickBooks and are unaffected.

Data and privacy
The integration accesses only AGORA Ministries’ own QuickBooks Online company data. It does not store credit or debit card numbers. Authentication uses OAuth 2.0; access credentials are stored encrypted on AGORA-controlled systems and are never shared with third parties.
